Special Education Today provides quick access to content from many different sources, permitting you to scan the headlines and locate stories that you want to read in detail. when you click on the headline for a story, you are taken to the original source where you can read it in its entirety.

App Monday – ArtikPix
Another great app from Eric Sailers, creator of Percentally, is ArtikPix. Currently only available for the iPad (hopefully soon available for iPhone/iPod Touch). It’s a great app for articulation. ArtikPix includes flashcards for articulation & a matching game. There are 14 card decks, with 40 cards in each deck. Another great feature of Artikpix is the ability to take & copy data. You also have the option of recording your voice while you are practicing articulation too. Currently the app costs $29.99 and includes all card decks. Soon it will be available for free with a limited number of card decks, additional decks will be available through an in-app purchase. Free Apps – ArtikPix & Percentally
Just a quick post today, fellow blogger and feature on Teaching all Students, Eric Sailers (Speech-Language Pathology Sharing), has been working hard on 2 iPhone/iPod Touch apps – Percentally & ArtikPix. Both are excellent apps! Percentally is a great program for taking data, and ArtikPix is a great way for kids to practice articulation.
